Open Enrollment gives you an annual opportunity to make changes to your benefit elections. Be sure to consider your personal situation carefully when deciding on the right combination of coverage and cost. You can enroll in benefits through PeopleSoft effective October 1, 2023. Open Enrollment for 2024 Plan Year is: October 1, 2023 – October 14, 2023.
The following Live Benefit Fairs are available:
- October 2nd: 6 am – 10:30 am (University Hospital – Cypress Room)
- October 4th: 8 am – 11 am (Southeast Clinic – 2nd Floor Large Conference Room)
- October 4th: 1 pm – 4 pm (Community First Health Plans – Oaks V Building)
- October 5th: 8 am – 4 pm (Robert B. Green Campus – Foundation Room)
- October 6th: 11:30 am – 5 pm (University Hospital – Cypress Room)
- October 9th: 8 AM – Noon (Texas Diabetes Institute – Boardroom )
- October 9th: 2 pm – 5 pm (Southwest Clinic – 2nd Floor)
- October 10th: 2:30 pm – 11 pm (University Hospital – Cypress Room)
- October 11th: 8 am – 11 am (Chisolm Building – 3rd Floor Breakdown)
- October 12th: 9 am – 2 pm (BC1 – Multipurpose Room)
- October 13th: 8 am – 4 pm (University Hospital – Cypress Room )
