The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is notifying program providers and financial management services agencies (FMSAs) that the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) has published the Proprietary System Operator (PSO) ORR 2025 Onboarding Schedule, and the new PSO Onboarding Standard Process Overview and Timeline (PDF). These resources are now available on the TMHP EVV webpage.
What You Need to Know:
If you’re a program provider or FMSA interested in becoming a PSO, take the next step by submitting a Proprietary System (PS) Request Form located in the EVV Portal to start the PSO onboarding process. Forms can be submitted at any time for your convenience.
