This scheduled downtime is part of our Service Excellence initiative to enhance system performance and improve the overall customer experience. These upgrades will help us serve you and our members more efficiently.

How This Impacts You and how we will temporarily process

  • Claims Submission: Electronic claims submitted during this period will process when the system is restored.
    • Temporary Process:
      • You can continue to submit claims electronically; they will queue and process once the system is back online.
  • Eligibility Verification: Real-time eligibility checks will be available up until November 13, 2025, at 5pm.
    • Temporary Process :
      • Please utilize the portal and/or contact Member Services at 210-227-2347 or toll free number 1-800-434-2347 for eligibility inquiries.
      • Real-time eligibility will resume on Monday, November 17, 2025, at 7am.
  • Authorizations: Prior authorization requests can still be submitted through your portal.
    • Temporary Process :
      • Urgent authorization requests that need approval before Monday, November 17, 2025, should be sent via fax to 210-358-6040 or email Authorizations@cfhp.com.
