Open Enrollment gives you an annual opportunity to make changes to your benefit elections. Be sure to consider your personal situation carefully when deciding on the right combination of coverage and cost. You can enroll in benefits through PeopleSoft effective October 1, 2024. Open Enrollment for 2025 Plan Year is: October 1, 2024 – October 18, 2024.

- October 3rd: 11 am – 5 am (University Hospital – Cypress Room)
- October 4th: 9 am – 12 pm (Texas Diabetes Institute)
- October 7th: 9 am – 2 pm (Business Center 1)
- October 8th: 2 pm – 11 pm (University Hospital – Cypress Room)
- October 9th: 1 pm – 3 pm (Business Center 1)
- October 9th: 8:30 am – 11:30 am (Chisolm Building)
- October 10th: 7 am – 5 pm (University Hospital – Cypress Room)
- October 11th: 1 pm – 3 pm (Southwest Clinic)
- October 14th: 6:30 am – 5 pm (Women’s & Children’s Hospital)
- October 15th: 9 am – 11 am (Business Center 1)
- October 16th: 8 am – 2 pm (Robert B. Green Foundation)
- October 16th: 4 pm – 10 pm (Women’s & Children’s Hospital)
- October 17th: 1 pm – 4 pm (Community First Health Plans)
- October 18th: 7 am – 5 pm (University Hospital – Cypress Room)
